With your data integrity guaranteed and its physical safety ensured, go takes extra steps to ensure that you receive the best of care and service from a courteous, professional team. The overall responsibility for the engagement relies on the operation head who will provide guidance and direction.

The operation head supervises overall that each customer will be assisted by an operation manager, senior operation staff and operation staff. The operation manager’s responsibility includes liaison with each client during the life of the engagement. He or she will conduct the final review of the payroll reports reviewed by the senior operation staff and approve them before sending them to you. In addition, our operation manager will also be responsible for securing all data and files.

The operation staff does the actual processing of the data, prints the reports and reviews their work before passing it to the senior operation staff. Whenever or wherever necessary, they will do the keying in of the data into the system. During the life of the engagement, tax advice and technical support will come from go’ s tax advisor and technical support team.
