We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefit Assistant Manager / Manager) who is looking for new challenges and achievement in his/her career.

 

Job Description:-

  • Responsible for monitoring and managing calculation and process of clients’payroll, benefit and welfare administration works
  • Establish good business relationship with customers
  • Review and verify payroll calculation results to ensure the completeness and correctness of payroll process within a timeframe
  • Coordinate with clients, government offices (Revenue Department, Social Security Office) and all concerned parties

 

Qualifications:- 

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in payroll processing, compensation management and benefit administration works
  • Knowledge in Personal Withholding Income Tax, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund and labor laws are required
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Good attitude and team player
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Energetic and service- minded person
  • Computer literacy (Ms office, Word, Excel) is an essential

Job Descriptions :


  • Design and develop component to increase ability of Web Application
  • Execute code builds to test and production environments
  • Collaborate with implementation, operation and marketing teams for requirements and implementation
  • Provide testing, documentation, training, and support to concerned parties
  • Maintain documentation per company standards

 

Qualifications :


  • Bachelors Degree or higher in HRIS, Computer Science, Management Information System, Account Information System, Statistic or other IT related fields
  • Full Stack Developer with at least 2 yearsexperience in programing by using Node.JS, Express, React, Ant Design
  • Hand-on experience for Docker, CI/CD, API Gateway and AWS Cloud Architecture Implementation
  • Understanding in design Component-Based and Component Lifecycle of React JS
  • Understanding of object-oriented software engineering
  • Understanding in SDLC and Agile development methodology with Scrum
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and SSIS, Reporting service is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, complex problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiar command of spoken and written English
